The platform collects account contact information, billing-profile details, service requests, support messages, order and invoice records, and limited security logs to operate accounts, deliver services, process payments, prevent abuse and provide support. Stripe handles hosted payment details; this platform does not collect card numbers. Microsoft 365 sends account verification and recovery messages. Hosting is on DigitalOcean. After an authorized order, Sherweb and Microsoft receive the customer and tenant details needed to deliver the service. Credentials and tokens are held in private server configuration. You may request access, correction or deletion through support; financial records may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations.
